Rates

On-site Services

We will come to your home or office and service your computer or network.  All on-site service calls have an initial charge of $79.00, that includes the first hour of service. Additional time is billed at $79.00 per hour in 15-minute increments.  There are no additional travel fees for using our on-site services.

Most computer problems can be fixed on-site however some computer problems require us to take your computer to our shop in order to properly service it. This is most often the case when a computer is heavily infected with viruses or does not properly boot up. In this case, with your consent, we will take your computer off-site for service and return it at an agreed upon time.

* We accept Cash, Business Checks, Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept personal checks.
